Trendsignal customer newsletter Welcome to the January 2016 Trendsignal client newsletter. We are delighted to announce a number of new developments and inform you of some initiatives at Trendsignal. In this month’s newsletter we discuss the following topics:
Indicator Upgrade: The Sniper Circle We are delighted to announce a new upgrade to the Sniper Circle indicator. As you know, we are always looking for improvements and refinements, not only to our strategies but to our indicators too. This is done by hours of painstaking research and analysis.
The latest upgrade release is a new version of the Sniper Circle, with the primary goal of improving performance for trading the 4 hour (240 minute) charts. Adrian Buthee (Director) and Stuart Hopkins (Trader Coach) will be hosting a live online webinar at 3pm (GMT) - 1st February to outline the improvements that we have made, the reasons why, and how they should be implemented. PLUS: You will notice a number of new videos within the Customer area of the website regarding the Sniper amendment. Please look for the videos named “240 Sniper Strategy”. Please note: The Sniper Circle upgrade is offered to all Trendsignal Plus clients at no additional cost.
VOICE Programme At Trendsignal, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our offerings and we recognise that this is not possible without listening to the voice of our clients: your opinions, your suggestions, and especially your successes. Taking this relationship one step further is the goal of the Trendsignal VOICE Programme: a new way for our clients to engage with Trendsignal and showcase their successful trading outcomes. The Trendsignal VOICE Programme provides our clients with the opportunity to collaborate with Trendsignal in various marketing activities and share their successes. In return you will receive recognition and value in the form of various benefits and gift rewards. Support Programme We are especially pleased to announce the launch of our new support programme. This 6 month package is aimed at delivering a powerful combination of support, coaching, live trading and strategy and indicator upgrade protection to help ensure your trading knowledge is up-to-date. What's included? Depending on the course you have purchased, the below are included in our 6 month support package:
The 6 month Support Package will cost £499 + VAT, but we are launching this at an introductory promotional 33% discount at £333 + VAT (£13 + VAT per week of support). Please note: The package covers both the Trendsignal Plus and Pro Trader courses. If a member of both courses, you will be fully covered by just one payment. When does this start? The Support package will start from the 1st April. So, to continue to receive access to workshops etc after the 1st April, you will need to be part of the “Support Programme”. What if I became a client recently? As of the 1st February, the initial period of support and access will be set to 6 months, which we feel is more than enough time to learn the Trendsignal Plus or Pro Trader strategies. If you joined after the 1st October 2015, your access will extend until 6 months is complete. For example, if you joined on 5th January 2016, your support access will remain until 5th July 2016. Do I have to pay? If you feel you need ongoing support or upgrade protection, then join the support programme. If not, you can continue to access the indicators as per your subscription with Ensign Software. Whilst your access to the Customer area of the website will be withdrawn, you will be provided with a PDF manual including links to all the private Youtube versions of the training videos and other relevant material, so nothing will really change other than the access to the weekly workshops. Why are you doing this? Ultimately, we want to offer our clients more. A better service, more support and continued product development. But unfortunately this comes with costs that we have to pass on and cannot be subsidised exclusively by the joining of new customers. However, we think the 6 month support package represents excellent value for money and will allow our traders and developers to continue to improve our service. What about the Sniper upgrade above? The update to the Sniper Circle mentioned above will be launched on 1st February, well before the 1st April start to the Support programme. As a result, the Sniper Circle upgrade is offered at no additional cost. How do I join? We will communicate further with you over the next few weeks with further information, so please keep an eye on your email inbox.
New Website As you may have noticed, in November 2015 we launched our new website (www.trend-signal.com) with a brand new Client area. The Client area includes new training videos, handouts and FAQs for your reference. To access the new material, you need to request a NEW username and password. Your old details WILL NOT work. If you are not already up and running on the new site, the following action is required: Complete the form for the course you are enrolled on, which in the majority of cases will be Trendsignal Plus: Trendsignal Plus Product Order request form Pro Trader Product Order request form Don’t worry, we aren’t asking you to buy anything again! All this does is create you as a user for the course on the website. Please note: If you have done both courses, you will need to complete both forms. Our admin team with check your registration and grant you the correct permissions for the site. Within 1 business day, you will be emailed with your username (email address) and a randomly generated password. To access the site, go to www.trend-signal.com and then click the Customers button at the top right hand side, add your login details and then select the course that you want to enter. Within the support section for each course, on the left you will find information regarding the workshops, trading accounts, FAQs and events. On the right hand side, you will find the training videos broken down by section, including related FAQs, handouts and downloads. We hope you enjoy the new site, and would appreciate your feedback.
Pro Trader Course This newsletter is a good opportunity to update you on the Pro Trader course, which we launched in 2015. Due to demand, we have evolved the course into an online offering with additional and optional “in house” training. The course includes:

This “should” register you for the events using the details held for you when you registered for the Customer Area.
